Return Policy
At DreamSleepz, we offer a 30-day return period from the date of receipt, so you have time to decide whether to keep or return the product.
Return Conditions
1. Items must be returned unwashed, undamaged, and preferably in their original packaging.
2. Gifts delivered with an order (e.g. free sleep masks) must be returned unused and in full together with the product.
If the gift is missing, damaged, or the packaging of the gift is incomplete, no refund can be issued.
3. Return requests must be submitted and shipped within 30 days of delivery.
4. Products that have been damaged by the customer or show signs of use are excluded from returns.
5. Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned.
6. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
7. Before a return is approved, the customer must send a photo of the product to hello@dreamsleepz.com for inspection.
8. DreamSleepz reserves the right to evaluate return requests on a case-by-case basis and offer alternative solutions if applicable.
Refund Options
After reviewing the return, we offer the following options:
1. Full Refund – If the return is approved and the product is returned correctly, the purchase amount will be refunded via the original payment method within 10 business days.
2. Voucher (+10% Bonus) – Receive the full purchase amount as a store voucher plus an additional 10% credit.
Alternative Solutions
We are always committed to providing the best possible experience to our customers. If you are not satisfied with your product, please contact us. In some cases, we may offer an alternative solution without requiring a return.
Note: In some cases, DreamSleepz may suggest an alternative solution without requiring a return. This is reviewed on a case-by-case basis and is not available by default to all customers.
Damaged or Defective Items
Reporting a Defect: You must inform us of any issue within a reasonable time after discovering the fault. Please notify us as soon as possible.
Our Solution (Quick Replacement): To help you immediately and avoid any inconvenience, we will immediately and free of charge send you a new product or a suitable replacement part.
Return of the Defective Item: You are NOT required to send the original faulty item back to us in this case. You may keep it. We will cover the costs associated with this solution.

Exclusions from Return
The following products are excluded from return:
• Products that fall outside the 30-day return period.
• Items that have clearly been used or damaged by the customer.
• Products that are personalized or custom-made.
Important Notes:
• Products with an initial natural odor that disappears after airing or washing the cover are not considered defective or damaged. Memory foam and new textiles may emit a natural production scent in the first days after opening, which will dissipate shortly.
Return Process
1. Send a return request to hello@dreamsleepz.com, stating your order number and including a clear photo of the product.
2. We will review the return request and reply within 3 business days with the available refund options.
3. If the customer chooses a full refund, return instructions will be provided. The product must be returned using a shipping method with tracking.
4. Once the return has been approved and the product returned correctly, the refund will be processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.
Rejected Deliveries & Incorrect Address Information
If a DreamSleepz order is refused at the door, not collected at the pickup point, or if an incorrect address was provided, a $15 shipping and handling fee will be charged. This amount will be deducted from the refund.
Undeliverable Shipments & Incorrect Addresses
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrectly entered address, the following conditions apply:
- If the package is returned to us, we can resend it for a flat handling and shipping fee of $15 – regardless of the number of pillows.
- If the package is not returned (i.e. it is overdue and has been discarded), we offer two options:
-- We send you a new package at a price of $15 per pillow, or
-- You receive a goodwill refund of 20% of the original purchase amount.
Please note: A full refund is not possible in these cases, as the responsibility for providing a correct delivery address lies with the customer.

Important Note: Returns sent to any address other than the return address listed above are not eligible for any type of refund.
Return Shipping Costs
1. Return shipping costs for standard returns (e.g., if you change your mind) are the responsibility of the customer.
2. If DreamSleepz has made an error (e.g., sent a defective, soiled, or incorrect product), we cover the following costs: For defective items, we offer a free and immediate replacement as detailed under Damaged or Defective Items, where return of the faulty item is not required (thus, no cost to the customer).
3. We recommend always keeping proof of shipment until the return is fully completed.
